The room was impressive and what's more - included a spa bathtub, a walk-in shower and a drier. Had breakfast in the garden. The staff were all really helpful and very very helpful and provided fantastic service. The location was absolutely perfect and the free parking was on-site.

Had an excellent stay with my kids, we spent 3 nights here, everything was excellent! The staff was amiable and superfriendly as I expected. Had good sleep at the bungalow with nice bunk beds. My hotel was in a magnificent location very close to everything.

great activities for the kids, my 3 year old had a fabulous time at the water park and on the jumping pillows. good little supermarket that even had soy milk (a must for vegan travellers)!
the little supermarket didn't sell fruit- just 50 types of candy! the restaurant also didn't offer any healthy choices... was a little disappointed about that.

This place is in a great, quiet area, and it's just 15 km from the airport. the units are really cool, especially the nice bunk beds. Plus, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful! 👍.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a lounge and a pantry. Particularly good location, an easy walk to everywhere. Easy to reach from Cairns airport, 17 minutes drive.

The 2 bedroom Superior Spa Villa at Ingenia Holidays Cairns Coconut was absolutely amazing! The main bedroom had a cozy queen-sized bed for some much-needed privacy, while the kids had a blast in the open plan living area with the bunk bed and sofa bed. The custom-made spa ensuite in the main bedroom was a fantastic bonus that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. As a family who loves to relax and have fun together, this villa was the ideal choice for us.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the separate toilet in the ensuite bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion, and it might not bother others at all.
